Proceedings of the 15th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium
In addition to the book of abstracts, we will keep the tradition to publish the ‘Weurman Book’ with the series title ‘Flavour Science’. The chapters will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee.
The contributions will be published in accordance with open access policy via ‚Verlag der Technischen Universität Graz‘ under the Creative Commons Attributions License 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND) (http://creativecommons.org/licences/). Each contribution will receive its own DOI number. The ‚Publishing Agreement‘ will be provided after submission of the first draft of the manuscript.
We plan to perform quick publishing of the Weurman Proceedings and to have the book in our hands not later than end of June 2018. Therefore, please submit your full contribution to email@example.com by October 31st, 2017 at the latest. You are also welcome to deliver your contribution directly at the conference at the registration desk. For chapters received after this deadline there is no guarantee to be included in the book. Reviewers’ comments as well as any other communication regarding the paper will be addressed to the corresponding author.
For the printed book, the length of the mansucripts will be limited to following numbers of pages:
- Plenary lectures: the page limit is 8 pages of printed page
- Oral presentations: the page limit is 6 pages of printed page
- Poster presentations: the page limit is 4 pages of printed page
